A veteran leader in English higher education, Dame Madeleine Atkins is the former chief executive of the Higher Education Funding Council in England and current president of Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge.

She explains how the program identified students to help them apply to the elite institution and what support exists to help them succeed once they arrive.
