Two professors were this morning named winners of the 2018 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics for their work "Integrating innovation and climate with economic growth." One of the professors is William D. Nordhaus of Yale University, honored for "integrating climate change into long-run macroeconomic analysis." The other is Paul M. Romer of New York University for "integrating technological innovations into long-run macroeconomic analysis."
