7 Shot at Party Ball State Students Attended

Several people were shot early Saturday morning at a party in a house a few blocks from the campus of Ball State University. Local press reports indicate that many Ball State students were at the party, and that they heard dozens of shots fired. Others at the party were from Muncie, Ind., and were not students. A statement from Ball State said that one of those shot was a student, and that the person arrested for the shootings was not a student.
