Report Says Wayne State Board Member Micromanaged

One of the Wayne State University board members who has sued another faction of the governing board tried repeatedly to run university operations behind the back of the president, according to the report of an independent investigation obtained by the Detroit Free Press.

Wayne State's Board of Governors has been deeply and evenly divided for many months, impeding the university's ability to operate.
