A West Chester University student was operating a marijuana business out of his dorm room and using Snapchat and fliers to advertise it, reports Fox 29 Philadelphia.
University police were responding to a report of underage drinking in a residence hall when they found the 19-year-old student asleep in his bed. Nearby were fliers advertising the sale of edibles and cartridges for smoking cannabis. The fliers listed his dorm number and Snapchat handle.
After receiving a search warrant, university police discovered a BB gun, cookies and brownies infused with pot, THC vape cartridges, and other paraphernalia, Fox reports.
The student is facing eight charges including felony intent to deliver.
