Unizin, a consortium focused on enhancing digital teaching and learning, has added Rutgers University and Miami University in Ohio as members, and partnered with the software vendors Examity and Kaltura.

The consortium, which now has 27 college and university members, is aiming to build "the world's largest learning laboratory" to support "learning analytics, application development, research and business intelligence," according to a news release.

Vendor partners like Examity, a test-proctoring service, and Kaltura, a video platform, will help consortium members implement products, the release said.

The announcement follows the consortium's launch last fall of a platform that collects data on learning and student success.
