- Georgia Southern University is starting an online bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Herzing University, in Minnesota, is creating a hybrid dental assisting program.
- Mississippi State University is beginning online and hybrid versions of a bachelor of applied science degree.
- Northern Arizona University is revamping its master of arts in science teaching program into a fully online format.
- Texas Tech University is starting a master of science in interdisciplinary studies, with a concentration in energy.
- Trevecca Nazarene University is establishing an online master of arts degree in worship and leadership.
- The University of Central Florida has launched two online programs: a bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies (diversity studies track) and a bachelor of general studies in integrative general studies.
- The University of Southern Mississippi and Community College of the Air Force are collaborating on a new online curriculum leading to an associate in applied science degree.
