New Programs: Imaging Science, Fine Arts, Marine Science

Bellevue Community College, in Washington State, has received final approval to begin its first bachelor's program: in radiation and imaging sciences.
The University of Texas at Arlington is starting a master of fine arts program -- with student options including glass, intermedia, film, video and screenwriting, and visual communication.
The University of the Virgin Islands has started a new master of marine and environmental science program.
