Duquesne University is being criticized for withholding bachelor's degrees from 20 nursing students who did not receive adequate scores on a national standardized test in nursing, The Pittsburgh Tribune reported. Students and their parents are angry at the university and note that many institutions do not require the test. But Duquesne notes that others do, and that the requirement was explained to students.
