Igor Dvorskiy, former director of West Hollywood Test Center, agreed Tuesday to plead guilty to racketeering charges and cooperate with prosecutors, USA Today reported. Dvorskiy was a test administrator employed by the ACT and the College Board. He was paid by Varsity Blues scandal mastermind Rick Singer to use his school for students whose parents wanted their children's college entrance exam scores fixed.
