June 3, 2022
For the second time in two weeks, there has been a shooting at a high school graduation held on a college campus, NOLA.com reported.
A woman was killed and two others were injured Tuesday following the Morris Jeff Community School graduation on the Xavier University of Louisiana campus.
The shooting started when two women began fighting in a parking lot.
Two weeks ago, four people were injured outside the commencement ceremonies for Hammond High School. That graduation was held at Southeastern Louisiana University.
