Digital Learning in 'Inside Higher Ed' This Week

  • A new boot camp with a mission to increase diversity in technology fields is working with more than two dozen colleges. CodePath.org offers courses in iOS and Android development, as well as a preparation course for technical interviews in which candidates are required to prove their coding skills.
  • An investigation into claims Arizona State University entered into an unethical deal with publisher Cengage has concluded there is “no evidence” the university did anything wrong. The report, published this week, was prompted by allegations from Brian Goegan, a former economics professor at ASU, which went viral last month.
