  • California students are already feeling the impact of tight budgets for higher education, according to a report released last week by the Campaign for College Opportunity, a nonprofit group that seeks to build support for public higher education. The report documents complaints about waiting lists for courses, large classes, delayed graduations and other impacts of tight budgets.
