- Barton College: Sidney S. Eagles Jr., retired chief judge for the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
- Butler University: Eva Mozes Kor, founder of Children of Auschwitz Nazi Deadly Lab Experiments Survivors.
- City Colleges of Chicago: Common, the recording artist and actor.
- Hampton University: U.S. Representative John Lewis.
- Iona College: Dorothy H. Wickenden, executive editor of The New Yorker.
- Johns Hopkins University: Ed Catmull, a co-founder of Pixar Animation Studios (see video announcement at end of list).
- Kennebec Valley Community College: U.S. Senator Angus S. King Jr.
- Mount Holyoke College: Carol Geary Schneider, president of the Association of American Colleges and Universities.
- Sacred Heart University: George Mitchell, the former U.S. senator, and Mark Thompson, president and chief executive officer of The New York Times Company.
- University of New England: Anna Eleanor Roosevelt, president and C.E.O. of Goodwill Industries of Northern New England.
- University of New Hampshire: U.N.H. alumnus Ryan Pitts, a U.S. Medal of Honor awardee who is a former U.S. Army staff sergeant.
