- Eric Boynton, chair and professor of philosophy and religious studies at Allegheny College, in Pennsylvania, has been chosen as provost and dean of the college at Beloit College, in Wisconsin.
- Shannon Gilkey, director of Education Strategy Group, has been selected as vice chancellor of academics and workforce development at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
- Guiyou Huang, chancellor of Louisiana State University of Alexandria, has been named president of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
- Philip Jefferson, professor of economics at Swarthmore College, in Pennsylvania, has been appointed vice president for academic affairs and dean of faculty at Davidson College, in North Carolina.
- Cynthia K. Larive, provost and executive vice chancellor at the University of California, Riverside, has been chosen as chancellor of the University of California, Santa Cruz.
- Dennis Rome, dean of the College of Letters and Sciences at Columbus State University, in Georgia, has been selected as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Northeastern Illinois University.
- Howard Smith, associate vice president of enrollment management and student success at Pittsburg State University, in Kansas, has been selected as provost and vice president for academic affairs there.
- Nancee Sorenson, president of Hillsborough Community College's Brandon campus, in Florida, has been appointed chancellor of Louisiana State University at Eunice.
- Philip Way, provost and vice president for academic and student affairs at Slippery Rock University, in Pennsylvania, has been chosen as president of Athens State University, in Alabama.
