Texas Southern Faces $7 Million Deficit

Texas Southern University is facing a $7 million deficit, The Houston Chronicle reported. An enrollment drop this year of nearly 10 percent is the cause of the problems, officials said. They blamed the difficulties that many students and families have had obtaining financial aid.
