Judge Blocks Plan to Move Confederate Monument

A Kentucky judge on Monday issued a temporary restraining order to block the city of Louisville and the University of Louisville from a plan announced last week to relocate a large Confederate memorial on the campus, The Courier-Journal reported. The restraining order was sought by a Republican congressional candidate and several groups, such as the Sons of Confederate Veterans.
