A white paper published yesterday by the Online Learning Consortium offers a look at the increasingly complex field of instructional design in higher education.
The report, entitled "Instructional Design in Higher Education: Defining an Evolving Field," is the second in the consortium's Outlook series. Authors of the instructional design overview are Elaine Beirne of Dublin City University and Matthew P. Romanoski of the University of Arizona.
