Vote of No Confidence at College of Saint Rose

Faculty members at the College of Saint Rose, in Albany, N.Y., have voted no confidence in President Carolyn Stefanco, The Albany Times-Union reported. Stefanco has pushed a series of cuts that faculty members say are not well thought out and were planned without their input. Many faculty members also say the cuts are hitting liberal arts programs particularly hard. Stefanco says the cuts are needed to position the college for the future.
