Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics

Three economists were named winners of the 2019 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics this morning “for their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty." They are: Abhijit Banerjee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Esther Duflo, also of MIT, and Michael Kremer of Harvard University.
