  • Al Akhawayn University, in Morocco: Gaston Caperton, former governor of West Virginia and former president of the College Board.
  • Colorado Technical University: Margaret Spellings, the former U.S. secretary of education.
  • Governors State University: Maria Hinojosa, a journalist at NPR and WGBH.
  • Hostos Community College: Arne Duncan, the U.S. secretary of education.
  • Hudson County Community College: J. Noah Brown, president of the Association of Community College Trustees.
  • John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York: Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld, co-founders of the Innocence Project.
  • Monroe Community College: Cerri A. Banks, vice president of student affairs and dean of Mount Holyoke College.
  • St. Catherine University, in Minnesota: Joan Kuzma Costello, provost and vice president of academic affairs at Inver Hills Community College, and Lorie Skjerven Gildea, chief justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
