We all know bullying is a problem in schools. But have you ever heard a parent say, "my child is a bully"?
Perhaps mean kids spring like Athena from the head of Zeus, as fully formed brats (but not in the good way)?
Some leaders who were hurt or made to feel inferior go on to wreak havoc on the free world become tyrants in the office and at home.
Others who have felt the stinging darts of social segregation use the memory of that pain to bring empathy into their leadership roles.
